About Me
Michel Caluwaerts holds a law degree from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL) and a degree in business administration and management from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL). He has been a member of the Francophone Bar Association of Brussels since 1994.
He specialises in company law and commercial distribution law (sales concessions, agency agreements, franchising, and refusal to sell) and has acted in numerous disputes on behalf of both distributors and principals or licensors. In company law, he regularly provides legal assistance to businesses and handles disputes arising within companies, between partners, managers or directors.
He has written numerous scientific publications in his areas of specialization.
He speaks French and English. He has a good knowledge of Dutch.
