About me
Elisa DE NYS, lawyer at the Brussels Bar, holds a Master's degree in civil law from the Free University of Brussels and a specialization diploma in intellectual property and artificial intelligence obtained at the Center for International Studies in Intellectual Property (CEIPI) at the University of Strasbourg. This training has allowed her to deepen her understanding of the legal issues related to new technologies and innovation.
She also obtained a specialized Master's degree in fashion and luxury management from the French Institute of Fashion in Paris, enabling her to develop a clear analysis of the economic, commercial, and strategic issues specific to the creative industries.
She specialises primarily in commercial tenancy and property law. She also practises in business law, liability law and contract law, with particular expertise in intellectual property.
Her multidisciplinary background allows her to approach cases methodically while taking into account the economic realities and the context specific to each sector.
