About me
A member of the Brussels Bar since 2019, with
experience as an administrative sanctioning officer and lecturer in
administrative law, Devrim CAGRO brings to her clients a unique combination of
expertise spanning from legal practice to public administration and academia.
She holds a Master’s degree in Public Law from
UCLouvain, awarded with distinction (cum laude), and focuses her
practice on public and administrative law, real estate law and fire safety,
firmly believing that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all legal
solution : every case requires a tailored approach.
Having trained at the law firm Lepaffe & Associés,
she subsequently worked as a legal adviser and administrative sanctioning
officer before moving into the private sector as a project manager. This
background gives her a practical understanding of administrative
decision-making, the realities on the ground and the power dynamics faced by
individuals, businesses and public authorities.
A polyglot (French, English, Dutch, Kurdish and
Turkish) with teaching experience, she is skilled at turning complex cases into
clear and decisive strategies. Committed and tenacious, she defends her
clients’ interests with dedication and a strong sense of responsibility, in
keeping with Concordes’ collaborative and people-centered ethos.
